I’m trying to study for my English course and I need some help to understand this question.

You will spend 7 days documenting you consumption habits:take pictures and write down info. You will record the following:

• what you eat, how it was cooked (ingredients, time spent cooking, or where you purchased it., what it contains, whether the package contains plastic, where it was made and where it shipped from) write down all that apply. The goal is to write down as many details as possible of what you eat. ,
• what is in your refrigerator and in your kitchen cabinets? Take inventory of all your stuff.
• Take inventory of all the stuff that you have previously or recently bought for your home as well as the materials from which they are made
• Take inventory daily of what you buy, throw away, where you throw it out, and what kinds of material they are.
• Take note of how you get around, how much gas you consume
• When possible take note of what your family and friends buy, consume and trash (when possible).

Item two, research and reflection: At the end pf your inventory week, you will findinformation about how to live a more sustainable life and how to make better choices as a consumer. Find articles online, listen to ted talks or youtube videos and get informed. After getting informed, write a reflection of your consumption habits, what you learned, and how you plan to improve your consumption habits.
